With Your Sponsor Space, You Will Be Responsible For:

- Floor-Length Tablecloth - 10x10 tent for Exhibitors (required unless discussed) - Required Water Jugs or Weights to Anchor Tent (Sand Weights Are Not Permitted) - Chairs - Preferred Signage - Credit Card Processor and/or Cash Box - Items/Products/Merchandise/Equipment - Samples or Related Offerings - Collateral, Business Cards, etc. PLEASE ADVISE: *No food or drinks besides water permitted on the turf *Set-ups must appear clean & professional *No coming in late or leaving early *All bags, boxes, totes, etc. must be stored under your table in your car before the Festival opens and for the duration of the event *Nothing can be driven over the track or turf *Nothing can be staked into the turf or track *Sandbags are not permitted to as anchor weights for tents *Sponsor is responsible for any damage or other conditions requiring more than normal maintenance on the turf in their occupied space.

Agreement:

The Organizer has no liability or responsibility to the Sponsor beyond the scope of this agreement. The Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to use their intellectual property in promoting the event, including logos and other brand trademarks. The Sponsor understands there are no refunds. The Sponsor agrees that programming and agreements may be subject to change based on inclement weather. The Festival will be open rain or shine, unless safety is concerned. Sponsor further agrees to hold North Central College, and Action Plan Agency harmless and to indemnify said associations, for any and all claims arising under this permit. The invested sponsorship package is not transferable for any reason. I agree to all above terms and rules above in this contract.

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
